Product, launch, and trust

No. Its AI works inside one Step at a time, and the Critique checks what you wrote. Nothing an AI writes enters a Document until you accept it.
No. AI work arrives as an attributable Proposal and cannot accept itself. A person remains responsible for every change to live Document content.
Planned: the Scorecard will report five deterministic dimensions, each derived from review passes and the Findings behind it. Its Readiness Index will be the weakest scorable dimension, never an average or a model-generated grade. An open Blocker caps its dimension, and missing evidence shows no number instead of a zero.
No. Mintchemy is where a spec is written and checked. It does not replace your issue tracker, design tool or wiki. A page in a doc tool takes whatever shape its author gives it; a Mintchemy Document has ordered Steps, each with a question to answer. An AI chat hands you a confident draft; Mintchemy’s AI works inside one Step at a time, cites its Sources, and the Critique tells you where your own words are vague.
In development: a local, read-only MCP server works in development builds and is not released yet. It reads only the Documents you can read, under your Access levels. Proposal creation and a hosted connection come after it.

AI features run on your Company’s own provider key, the key it holds with an AI provider, which bills that account for usage. Mintchemy does not resell AI today. Included AI is in development.
